Terms of Service

Last updated: April 13, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, content, and services offered by Zeed ("Zeed", "we", "us", or "our"), a digital marketing and consulting agency. By accessing our website or hiring our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services We Provide

Zeed offers digital marketing consulting and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Lead generation and paid advertising management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Marketing strategy and consulting for high-ticket businesses.
  • CRM implementation, automation, and sales funnels.
  • Web development, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
  • Campaign management, creative production, and graphic design.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, contract, or service order signed between Zeed and the client.

2. Client Obligations

By engaging Zeed, the client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and access required to execute the services.
  • Grant Zeed the necessary permissions on advertising platforms, analytics tools, CRMs, and websites.
  • Comply with the advertising policies of Meta, Google, TikTok, and any other third-party platform used.
  • Ensure that all content, products, and offers promoted are legal, accurate, and do not infringe third-party rights.
  • Pay fees on the agreed schedule.

3. Fees and Payments

Fees for services are those agreed in the applicable proposal or contract. Unless otherwise stated, invoices must be paid within the timeframe indicated. Late payments may result in suspension of services and additional charges. Ad spend (media budget) is paid directly by the client to the advertising platform and is not included in Zeed's service fees unless expressly stated.

4. Results and Disclaimers

Zeed applies proven methodologies and industry best practices to maximize results; however, marketing performance depends on multiple factors outside our control, including but not limited to market conditions, product-market fit, offer quality, sales process, competition, and platform algorithms. We do not guarantee specific sales, revenue, leads, ROAS, or business outcomes. Case studies and testimonials reflect past results and do not guarantee future performance.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and design — is owned by Zeed or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for the client under a signed contract (such as creatives, copy, landing pages, or reports) may be licensed or transferred as specified in that contract. Zeed retains the right to use anonymized case studies and general knowledge gained during the engagement for portfolio and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including strategies, financials, customer data, and proprietary know-how. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our services rely on third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, payment processors, CRMs, hosting providers, etc.). Zeed is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or any action taken by these platforms that may affect the performance of your campaigns or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeed's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Zeed during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Zeed shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement according to the terms of the applicable contract. Zeed reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or unlawful use of our services.

10. Changes to the Terms

Zeed may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zeed is legally established. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
